Adelene Lydia Klouda, 96, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, at St. Luke’s Living Center East. Celebration of Life Services were held Oct. 22 at St. Ludmila Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery.
Adelene was born Feb. 14, 1916, in North Liberty, the daughter of Mike and Tillie (Kadera) Machula. She married George J. Klouda on Aug. 18, 1936, in Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her children, Kenneth (Martha) Klouda of Coggon and Cliff (Karen) Klouda of Cedar Rapids, seven grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
