Berniece A. Young, 90, of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, Sept. 4, 2011, at St. Luke’s Hospital after a brief illness. Services will be Saturday, Sept. 17, 3 p.m., at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories, by the Rev. Paul Minx. Burial will be at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, Sept. 16, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
She is survived locally by her son, Richard and Audrey Young of Swisher.
