City offers curbside collection of flood-damaged property
NORTH LIBERTY– Following last week’s torrential rains, the City of North Liberty will collect flood-damaged property curbside for its residents all week April 22 through 26. Residents need only place flood-damaged items at their curb.
Other items will not be collected at the curb, but can be brought to the public works facility on South Front Street from 7 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 27. Items that can be discarded at the facility are furniture and other bulky items, appliances, tires and auto batteries, metal and car parts, and electronics.
None of these collections require residents to register or notify the city in advance.
