1679,2,Poppy Days in Solon May 22,,,SOLON– Girls of the American Legion Auxiliary will be going around Solon on Saturday to distribute poppies in various neighborhoods. All donations are used to help veterans and their families. There will be canisters in various businesses around town until Memorial Day. Wearing or displaying a poppy honors the deceased veterans and helps veterans and their families. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
