Forest Bart, 85, of Antigo, Wis., died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011 at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Antigo, Wis.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, Dec. 31, at Peace Lutheran Church, Antigo, Wis. with Rev. Scott Kruse officiating. Burial was at the Elmwood Cemetery there, with military rites.
He was born on Sept. 11, 1926 in Neva, Wis. a son of Albert and Matilda (Rusch) Bartz. He married Dorothy Cernoch on April 15, 1950 at St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Deerbrook, Wis. 


Local survivors include a daughter, Pamela (Bryan) Zehrt, Solon.
