Holiday trees and wreaths on display at community center

SOLON– Stop in the Solon Community Center to view the trees and wreaths form the talented, artistic, community members. Stop to bid on a tree or wreath or purchase one and raise funds for high school seniors.
Decorate a special place in your home with one of the trees or wreaths. Purchase a tree or wreath as a gift for a relative or child. The following trees would be a fun addition for a child or student’s room: The “Dino-mite Tree” decorated with dinosaurs, the “Bear Angel Tree,” the “Baby Shark Tree,” the “Avengers Tree” and the “Go Fish Tree.” “The Old-Fashioned Tree” or “Grandma’s Buttons” tree would brighten up a living room or an office or a nursing home. The “Winter Wonderland” tree, the “Candy Cane” tree, the “Angel with Halos” tree, the “Champagne Baubles” and the “Stress Free Tree” will add holiday colors, lights and a touch of imagination to any room.
Add a wreath to your front door or over the fireplace or on a window in your house. Pick from several available wreaths including “Be Merry,” “Poinsettia Beauty” and “Evergreen and Berry.”
The Solon Community Center will be open to view the trees and wreaths on Thursday evening, Dec. 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Otherwise, to view the trees and wreaths call the Solon Community Center (624-2499) for its regular daily hours.
