Iowa youth survey

On Oct. 5, sixth, eighth and 11th grade students will be completing the 2012 Iowa Youth Survey Online. Since 1975, students in Iowa have been filling out this questionnaire to provide information about their values, beliefs, attitudes and activities. Participation in the survey is anonymous and strictly voluntary, and no student is required to fill out the questionnaire. An informational letter including a refusal of consent form will be sent home with students on Sept. 24. The survey will take one class period, approximately 45 minutes, to complete. A copy of the 2012 Iowa Youth Survey Online will be available to preview in the building administrator’s office. It must be reviewed there and may not be taken home.
