Recently added to the library’s DVD collection:

The Lincoln Lawyer (2011, R) An exciting legal thriller based on the best-selling novel by Michael Connelly.  The film stars Matthew McConaughey, Marisa Tomei and Ryan Phillippe.
Insidious (2010, PG13) Horror fans will want to check out this story about a  family who looks to prevent evil spirits from trapping their comatose child in a realm called The Further.
Vanishing of the Bees (2009) - This documentary takes a piercing investigative look at the economic, political and ecological implications of the worldwide disappearance of the honeybee.  
The Color Purple (1985, PG13) This film based on the novel by Alice Walker, was nominated for 11 Academy Awards and is a modern classic.
