Optimists Club releases June calendar of activities

NORTH LIBERTY– The Optimist Club of North Liberty May and June calendar is as follows:
May 26: Regular Thursday Dinner Meeting, 6:30 p.m., Pizza Ranch. Speaker: Natalie Wilkerson will present Tender Care Apparel.
May 29: Blues & BBQ Festivities. Optimist food trailer will be positioned to serve beginning at 11:30 a.m. Volunteers needed.
June 9-12: Fun Days. Parade on Friday, June 10, and the food trailer in operation during the weekend. Volunteers needed.
June 13: Board Meeting, 6:30 p.m., Bill and Darlene Smith’s home.
June 19: Prime Time League begins at the North Liberty Community Center. Volunteers needed.
June 23: Regular Thursday Dinner Meeting, 6:30 p.m., Pizza Ranch. Speaker: Sam O’Brien’s update on the Avenue of Flags.
