Ruth Ruprecht

Ruth M. Ruprecht, 104, of Clarence, died Sept. 9, 2012, at the Mechanicsville Nursing and Rehab Center. Funeral Services were held Sept. 12 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Stanwood, with the Rev. Jordan McKinley officiating. Burial was in Lowden Cemetery.
Born July 8, 1908, in Chicago, the daughter of Bernard and Clara Mueller, she married George “Jack” Ruprecht there on May 26, 1934. Ruth and George moved to Clarence in 1940 and had their one child, Gar, on Oct. 11, 1941.
Ruth was a lifetime dedicated St. Paul’s Lutheran Church worker and was also active in Vacation Bible School.
Local survivors include her son, Gar (Nancy) Ruprecht of Shueyville.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Stanwood.
