Dance team coupon collection
Help the dance team support our overseas troops! The Solon High School Dance Team is collecting manufacturer’s coupons for U.S. Naval base in Atsugi, Japan, again this year. Thanks to the Solon community, last year the team mailed over $6,000 in coupons. Please help the dance team continue this great cause. Drop off your coupons to Mrs. Lane at the middle school or high school. If you have questions, please call 624-3401 ext. 1116.
Solon High School will have parent teacher conferences on Thursday, Sept. 29, from 4-7:30 p.m. at the high school. Teachers will be available in their classrooms during that time. In order to maximize your time with teachers, we will not have a social time at the beginning of conferences. Communicating with teachers is vital to your child’s success in high school. Fortunately, most of you have already been communicating with our staff. This is just another opportunity for us to communicate with you on important issues. We understand that our current structure of conferences may be challenging to allow you to meet with all of your child’s teachers. You are free to schedule any time with our staff to visit about critical issues or issues that you can’t cover during parent teacher conferences.
