Did Santa leave a Kindle, Nook, tablet, e-reader or other electronic gadgetry under your tree?  Downloads are available at the Solon Library to help you enjoy your new gift. Go to the library website, www.solon.lib.ia.us [1] . There will be a link on the home page to NEIBORS downloadable audio books and e-books. Included on the download will be books for Nooks and Kindles. Reading the introductory page of instructions will be helpful for first-time users. Click again and you will be on the NEIBORS site. The demand for e-books is high so there is a possibility that you may have to get on a waiting list for the most popular check-outs. However, there are other options available while you are waiting for a specific item. There are books that are always available and free to download.
