Samantha Broulik

Samantha Jo Broulik, infant daughter of Ronda Stucker and Jacob Broulik of Iowa City, died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012, at the University of Iowa Hospitals where she was born on Dec. 15, 2011.
Funeral services were held Jan. 23, 2012, at Gay and Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Samantha’s memory. Online condolences may be sent for her family through the web www.gayandciha.com [1].
