Rockets: from backyard to outer space Saturday, August 4, 7 until 8 p.m.

Professor Randall McEntaffer, Dept. of Physics and Astronomy, UI, will introduce how rockets work and discuss some of their many applications. At the end of the presentation there will be actual launches of several model rockets. All campground programs are presented at the Sugar Bottom Campground Amphitheatre. Sugar Bottom Campground is located north of North Liberty on Mehaffey Bridge Road on the north side of the bridge.
