JOHNSON COUNTY– The public is invited to join the League of Women Voters of Johnson County for a summer picnic and program designed to help citizens learn about the social, economic, and demographic changes occurring in Johnson County.  Christine Scheetz, President and CEO of United Way of Johnson County, will present the results of a community assessment of needs.  Based on the data gathered and input from community leaders, United Way has come up with a 10-year plan to address the disturbing local numbers in income, education and health.  Her presentation is entitled “2020 Vision Goals for t
