rhubarb was one of the things I eliminated from my list of desserts. It’s very hard to do anything satisfactory with rhubarb without using sugar. The sugar substitutes
beat in ¼ cup of light cream and pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle with topping and bake in 375 degree oven for about one hour or until rhubarb is tender and custard is set. TOPPING: You can use an oatmeal/sugar topping as for apple crisp
