CCA track and field headed to Des Moines
DES MOINES– Clear Creek Amana (CCA) is sending athletes to 15 events in the 2014 state co-ed track meet at Drake University Thursday, May 22, through Saturday, May 24.
Tanner Bandy is the number two-seeded athlete in the boys 400-meter dash with a qualifying time of 50.75 seconds, while the girls shuttle hurdle relay with Mia Smith, Celine Fender, Corrine Schwarting and Natalie Brimeyer, (with alternates Ashley Prusha and Megan Lukas) is the number-two seed for that event. The ladies qualified with a time of 1:06.24. Molly Villhauer is the number-three seed in the girls shot put with a qualifying throw of 40’10.

4x200-meter relay: Fender, Brant, Schwarting, Brimeyer, Lukas, Tyhesia Simpson, 1:49.78.
